1. Officer Development Program (Recruitment Jakarta)

Description

TBiG Officer Development Program: Big Career, Big Challenge. Develop your leadership and management skills in challenging and supportive TBiG Environment.

Test will be held on Surabaya (21- 25 August 2017), Yogyakarta (4-8 September 2017), Jakarta (25-29 September 2017)

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any major
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 Maximum age 26 years
  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of working experience
  • Good analytical thinking and leadership skill
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill
  • High motivation and proactive
  • Actively involved in campus / social organization
  • Willing to work in any region of Indonesia

  • Minimum 2 year experience in the same field
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Having knowledge in BTS tower
  • Having strong communication and negotiation skill

Responsible for monitoring the accuracy of work schedule, quality of work project and the ATP process with prioritizing health and safety.

Description

  • Ensuring the quality of work project based on approved BoQ and APD
  • Controlling and monitoring the tower constructionprocessthatcarried outby Vendor based on work schedule and the applicable standard operation procedure
  • Resolvingany problems andissues thatoccurinsitethatbecome the areas of responsibility
  • Doing ATP with Customer and Vendor
  • Monitoringthe qualityof material andinstallationin the field byVendor
  • Monitoring and doing regular visitto thesite

Requirements

  • Male, Max. 30 years old
  • Min S1 majoring in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, & Telecommunication.
  • Having minimum 2 years experience as CME in Telecommunication Business
  • Has a strong negotiation skill and excellent in communication skill
  • Willing to travel all over Indonesia

Project controller responsible to coordinating with Project Manager, Marketing Team, Procurement Team, Engineering & Innovation, Finance Team, Operator and Partners / Vendors to ensure all the progress

Description

  • Coordinating with Project Manager, Marketing Team, Procurement Team,Engineering & Innovation,Finance Team, Operator and Partners / Vendors to ensure all the progress
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports from the ProjectManager and ProjectManagement Department Head is used to report the progress of work.
  • Responsible for supporting the Project Director in delivering project work, and make sure that the administrative activities are executed well
  • To monitor and ensure the projectperformance and to identify variancesfrom project planning
  • Prepare and provide project progress reports

Requirements

  • Minimum S1 fromreputable universitymajoring Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 2-3 yearsexperiences as ProjectController / ProjectDocumentation inTelecommunicationBusiness
  • Ability to interface and work with multiplestakeholders and activities
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Willing to travel all overIndonesia

5. Project Management SITAC (Site Acquisition)

Responsible for monitoring the accuracy of work schedule and quality of work project with prioritizing health and safety.

Description

Responsible for monitoring the accuracy of work schedule and quality of work project with prioritizing health and safety.
  • Monitoring the site acquisition and permit process
  • Ensuring the acquired land has permission in terms of ownership by investigating the documents legality and have the purchase price/rent in accordance with the fair market value.
  • Ensuring that the entire SITAC process has been permitted by the community within a radius of tower and any permissions necessary to obtain a IMB has been done correctly and meets the applicable rules
  • Ensuring that IMB document has been processed to the related institution until the IMB site has been obtained
  • Monitoring SITAC vendor performance

Requirements

  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Minimum S1 degree from reputable university
  • Having minimum 3 – 4 years experience as SITAC manager/coordinator
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Having experience working in telecommunication industry (tower provider or tower contractor)
  • Has a strong negotiation skill and excellent in communication skill
  • Job location is all over Indonesia
